Very prompt and professional service ! Had one of their techs out to inspect the septic and well systems on a Bowling Green property we're rehabbing, and he was thorough and efficient in checking them out and explaining ALL of our repair options, as well as how to prevent any problems down the road. Prices for services and components were very reasonable. We plan on using this company on future projects, and highly recommend them.
We had a hole appear in our backyard and we weren't sure what it was. They have inspected it and explained what to do to determine what it was and what caused it. They have been extremely helpful!! We will be calling them when it's time to get it repaired as we have found through their help that it is because of our septic tank failing in some way. I called yesterday (1/12/2021) to get some prices on emptying our septic tank and they gave more information than other company’s, which was greatly appreciated because we just bought the house a year ago. Came out the NEXT DAY! The man was very nice and very professional! He was upfront and honest about what he was going to do! Will recommend and will be using again when needed.

We called and told them that our well wasn't keeping up. They sent a tech out immediately. He looked for a crack in the inlet piping. Next he want down to our mechanical room in our basement. He informed us that our pressure sensor switch was set too high and our tank had too much air. We had over 40 pounds in it. He adjusted the pressure switch and lowered the air the bladder. We set up an appointment for him to return and flush our point. He flushed it and our water clarity and volume both improved. They are a great resource to have in the community.
Technician came and analyzed issues promptly, information was verbally transferred and estimate was given. Crew arrived a day earlier than scheduled to insure weather to be compatible with construction, then installed as promised then completed project to utmost high standards. I would definitely encourage others to use Mastin in your next project. Todd
Martin Septic installed our septic tank and leach field in the year 2000. We have never had a problem with the system. Recently Mastin Septic serviced the Septic tank. The two man crew came in with top quality equipment, effiently performed the task, and left causing no damage and no mess. I appreciate the services that Mastin provides.
I met Randy, Cody and Amanda Mastin many years ago dirt biking at Radars. I don't live in Ohio now, but for 37 years , anytime I needed my septic serviced or maintained I called Mastins. I could count on fast and friendly service at competitive rates. I highly recommend Mastins for any Septic system needs you may have!
Mastin Septic Services are top notch and one of the best in the county-at least in my opinion. I use them for my septic tank cleaning and had them add a riser during the last cleaning so there was no further need to dig up the yard to find the lid. Their service was professional and cost reasonable.
