What's the difference between a jetter truck and a vacuum truck?
A jetter truck uses high-pressure water to break up sediment, debris, grease, and roots inside drainage lines. A vacuum truck removes the loosened material from the structure entirely. Our jetter/vac truck does both, which means we're not just pushing debris downstream to clog something else, we're pulling it out and disposing of it properly.
How often should catch basins be cleaned?
Most commercial properties and municipalities clean catch basins once or twice a year. High-traffic areas, parking lots near food service, and industrial sites often need more frequent service. If you're not sure what schedule makes sense, we can come look at your site and recommend an interval.
Can you handle both storm and sanitary structures?
Yes. We service storm drainage manholes, sanitary sewer manholes, catch basins, parking lot drains, and commercial drainage systems. The same truck handles all of it.
Do you provide service records and disposal manifests?
Yes. We document every service with dates, structures cleaned, volume removed, and disposal facility. For municipalities and industrial sites with compliance reporting requirements, this paperwork is built into our service.
Can you set up scheduled maintenance routes?
Yes, this is what most of our regular commercial and municipal customers do. We work out a schedule based on your sites and structure types, then run the route on a set interval. Predictable service, predictable cost, no surprise failures.
