What started with Burton and Norma Mastin in 1960 has grown into the team you see today. Mandi runs the company, but it takes the whole crew to make Mastin what it is. Here's everyone you might meet, talk to, or have come out to your property.
Renae and Lindsey keep the schedule running, the books straight, and the phones answered. Most of the time when you call, you'll talk to one of them.
Renae is often the first voice you'll hear when you call. She keeps our schedule on track, coordinates dispatch, and takes great care of our customers, all with a friendly, welcoming personality that makes working with us easy.
Lindsey keeps the numbers in line and the office running strong, handling accounts receivable and payable while also helping with phones and scheduling. Her friendly, upbeat personality and eye for detail make her a key part of our team.

Asa leads our field operations as Head Service Technician and is the go-to expert for everything in the field. From septic tank pumping to system repairs, installations, and inspections, he does it all. With extensive hands-on knowledge and experience, Asa keeps our operations running efficiently and our customers well taken care of.
Rob is our Septic Pumping Technician, bringing solid system knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a fun, easygoing personality to the job. He keeps things running smoothly while making the experience a positive one for our customers.
Collin is a Field Service Technician who brings a strong work ethic and drive to every job site. He's committed to getting the job done right while keeping a positive, upbeat attitude that makes him a great teammate and a pleasure for customers to be around.
Ty is one of our Field Service Technicians and the newest member of the team. He's driven, works hard, and brings a laid-back, fun energy that makes him easy to work with while staying focused on getting the job done right.
Mandi is the third-generation owner of Mastin Septic & Well Service. She started working at the company right out of high school and spent 25 years learning every part of the business alongside her father, Randy. Today she runs the show.
When she's not running jobs, she writes the Mastin blog and her separate site, SheKnowsSeptic.com, where she answers septic questions for homeowners across the country.
